Personal Power Coaching

 A personal power coach is someone who helps empower you to 

transcend your trauma and limitations and reclaim your potential.  

Whether it is due to childhood trauma, addiction, or outmoded beliefs 

(i.e. guilt and shaming, people-pleasing, the feeling of not being "enough"), 

we all get stuck in habitual and relentless patterns of abuse, scarcity, 

and handing over our power to other people.  

I am here to tell you that it does not have to be this way.  

There is more out there for you.  And it starts from looking within and reclaiming the power that was always yours.  

We will work with you to change, re-direct, and/or navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, 

bust limiting beliefs, and remove roadblocks.  Through such strategies as shadow work, inner child healing, and mindfulness, we help you to unearth conscious and subconscious trauma.  It is from there we can reparent, reprogram, and transcend your previous "story" to rewrite your own.
